Orchestral Projection Mapping Festival
Overview: In 2013-2015, I served as an animation lead for the experiential design studio Brave Berlin, who creatively led a one-of-a-kind projection mapping festival with a live symphony in Cincinnati, Ohio. In partnership with the Cincinnati Symphony Organization and The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr./U.S. Bank Foundation, we designed, animated and produced the first ever projection mapping festival with a live symphonic performance for three consecutive years.
Over 40,000 guests attended the three day weekend performances each year. In the final year, we received over 30,000 RSVP’s, in just under 8 minutes of reservations going live. The festival has received global recognition, a 45 minute behind the scenes making-of produced by PBS and opened up the symphonic arts to a broader audience.
